Unit Visual/Mind Maps

Included here are images of visuals in various stages that I have built with my students. I begin with the big idea(s) and it grows from there. The rest of the information on each visual comes from kids responding to questions that stem from the original idea. This process has helped all of us stay focused and serves as a good platform to work from. More examples can be found in my archived school website.

Kindergarten I Can...

This visual is continuously a work in progress with the I Can... statements based on what was accomplished during each class period and coming directly from students. With guidance of course!
