Before/After School & Summer Programs

Using a combination of circus arts skills (scarf juggling, toss juggling, bounce juggling, plate spinning, diabolo spinning, flower stick juggling, and a variety of object balancing) and/or rope jumping skills (individual, partner, group) combined with the From Fire To Inspire Framework children learn how the brain learns as they learn. As they work to develop a variety of skills, they build, what I refer to as "learning power."

I partner during the school year with Center for Teaching & Learning in Edgecomb, Maine to offer Bounce & Circus after school programs. We have a lot of fun moving and learning together.
During the school vacations and summer months I collaborate with Literacy Specialist, Stephanie McSherry, at the Merry Barn in Edgecomb, Maine. Together we create camp experiences that get kids moving, reading, writing, creating, and exploring.

Are you interested in adding circus arts and/or rope jumping to your after school or summer program?
I can tailor the experience to the ages and needs of the participants.

Contact me if you are interested in collaborating.
Circus Arts and/or Jump Rope are great addition to your before/after school program or summer camp. Children connect with others while learning individual, partner, and group circus arts and rope jumping skills. I can work directly with children, with program leaders, or a combination of both to create a before or after school physical activity program designed for multi-age participants. Contact me and we can work to tailor a program that meets your specific needs.

For over 20 years I coached Maine's American Heart Association Jump Rope For Heart Demonstration Team (South Bristol Spindrifters). We traveled and performed all over the state of Maine. For almost as many years, I led Circus Marinus, an after school multi-generational circus arts program. Click the links to watch archived video and learn more about these programs.
